Managing My Entities

Users that have signed up to manage one or more entities will find a My Entities tab appearing in the main navigation menu. The My Entities interface will present a list of one or more entities assigned to the registered user. The list includes the location of each facility and the status of the profile.

Profiles may be completed online through the Edit Entity Attributes interface. It is available from the My Entities list, the Entity Summary interface or the entity name context menu. Only users registered as the owner of the entity can edit profile attributes.

Offline Profile Editing

Entry of the required profile information can be provided offline through the use of Microsoft Excel™ worksheet templates. Users can download the template, complete it offline and then upload the completed worksheet to through the My Entities interface.
