This role is responsible for designing and developing responsive, web-based solutions to address complex supply chain risk challenges, incorporating a working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and techniques. The individual leverages existing technologies—alongside applied AI and analytics where appropriate—while recommending future improvements that strengthen system performance, scalability, and decision-making effectiveness.

Serving as a trusted subject matter expert, this role applies practical AI literacy to influence technical strategy, support data-driven insights, and enhance solution outcomes. The individual plans and estimates effort for complex development initiatives and works closely with leadership and customer subject matter experts to deliver reliable, high-quality results that balance automation, accuracy, and human judgment.
